Job Description:   **Market VP - Operational Finance** **Description** Market Director of Operational Finance for CHI-Franciscan Supporting St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon Organization Overview: CHI Franciscan Health, based in Tacoma, Washington, includes eight full-service hospitals in Washington State and the Franciscan Medical Group at – a large, successful and growing medical group with 620 employed providers serving in over 170 clinics in addition to two hospitals in Oregon. Position Summary: As the Market Director of Operational Finance, you’ll report directly to the CHI Franciscan Health system’s Chief Financial Officer with a matrixed reporting relationship to St. Anthony Hospital’s Chief Executive Officer. You will be responsible for directing the Finance function for the assigned CHI Franciscan Health MOB, including driving disciplined performance management (as a business partner with the MBO Chief Executive and/or Operating Officer), creating critical financial analytics and performance management capability, overseeing Center of Excellence (COE) implementation and progress, and formulating enterprise service-line strategy, as well as other supervisory duties as assigned by CEO as relates to MBO management. You work will also include direct oversight of the site-based risk management function (including workers’ compensation), vendor management and indirect responsibility for site-based materials management.
