Start breathing comfortably, but deeply, through your nose and through your mouth. Imagine breathing under your navel. Finally, keep breathing for 5 seconds and the breath lasts for 6 seconds. This should last for at least 5 minutes and you will notice noticeable changes in your body and your mind.
