Endodontist

An endodontist is specifically concerned with saving your teeth. Hence, an endodontist is interested in learning about the problems found inside the tooth, such as the root canal. Root canals are tiny passages inside the tooth that consists of tissue, blood vessels, and nerve endings. So when you suffer from tooth decay, an endodontist is whom who will address the infection and perform a root canal treatment if necessary.

The dental profession isn’t only concerned with oral health, but also with the facial tissue found around the mouth and the jaw.
