All fees are paid by
the Advertising company (Advertiser). No fees are paid by the
Job Seeker. By advertising a job on
OregonCareersInHealthcare.com (OrCHC), the Advertiser accepts
all of the following terms and conditions. |

1. Job Postings
Only Oregon Health
Care industry jobs may be advertised. Advertiser accepts all
liability for the content of all of its Job Postings. Advertiser
warrants to OrCHC that its copy is true, that it is not libelous
or defamatory, that it violates no rights of privacy, that it
infringes no trademark, and that it complies with all
affirmative action, EEOC, etc. policies, including all
applicable federal, state and local employment regulations.
OrCHC reserves the right to revise or reject any Job Posting,
for any reason, at its sole discretion. |

2. Advertising Rates
I-5 corridor rates:
Each Job Posting will cost $150 per month, with unlimited advertising at
$1,500 per month.
Eastern and
coastal Oregon rates: 50% of I-5 corridor rates: $75 per month, with unlimited postings at
$750 per month.
Refunds and credits
are provided at the sole discretion of OrCHC. |

3. Payment Options
Advertisers can
request to be approved for Invoice Terms. OrCHC will determine,
at its sole discretion, whether or not to grant, &/or revoke,
Invoice Terms to an Advertiser. Invoices are generated on (or
about) the first day of every month. The Invoice Amount is
calculated based upon the number of jobs advertised on the first
of the month. Invoices will be mailed as quickly as possible and
are due upon receipt. Invoices which are not paid within 30 days
of the Invoice Date are delinquent and could result in loss of
Invoice Terms.
OrCHC reserves the
right to refuse to accept Job Postings from any Advertiser, for
any reason, at its sole discretion. |

4. Thompson and
Associates, Incorporated
OrCHC is owned by
Thompson and Associates, Incorporated, a Washington state
corporation. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the
laws of the State of Washington, with venue in King County,
Washington, U.S.A. In the event Thompson and Associates,
Incorporated or any Advertiser seeks to enforce any of its
rights under the terms of any Agreements in arbitration or in
any court of competent jurisdiction, the parties agree the
prevailing party shall recover its attorneys' fees and costs
incurred in such action.
Thompson and
Associates, Incorporated reserves the right to change these
terms and conditions without prior written notice, to be
effective on the first day of the following month. Advertising
rate increases will take effect after a minimum of 30 days
notice.
